Neverland, Hogwarts, Middle  Earth, and Westeros.

Post-thesis book haul.
Kit’s Wilderness by David Almond - This is in my currently-reading list. Got my copy in hardbound from the NBS sale rack, yay! Michael L. Printz Award 2001
Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold - read this three years ago and I loved it so I had to have a copy; the copy I got has dents, but it’s hardbound so…<3
The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows - I finished reading this a couple of weeks ago and I loved it; it’s enjoyable and very easy to read.
Luna by Julie Anne Peters - very interesting read about a transitioning transgender boy. It’s not disturbing in any way. National Book Award Finalist, 2004.
The Memory Keeper’s Daughter by Kim Edwards - to read.
Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert - ah yes, EPL. I’m in a love-hate relationship with this book. I loved the Italy part, am yet to finish Indonesia, and still to convince myself to read India part. I just think, sometimes while reading this, that it’s getting superficial. I do love Gilbert’s humor.
The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini - I read this around the time I also read The Lovely Bones on my phone. This is one of the best books I’ve read, so, obviously, I had to have a copy.
A Light in the Attic by Shel Silverstein - this is a collection of poems, and by poems I mean eccentric ones - sometimes eerie, sometimes weird, but I love it nonetheless. Got it in hardbound from Booksale.
